Unit (2009)

A sculptor, who uses a variety of mediums to help explore her ideas in greater depth. The foundation of her work is built on relationships between materials which brings together her studio practice and construction backgrounds. Her work has recently expanded outside the gallery context and into the real world, instead of bringing the experiences from outside into the gallery, reorganizing / re-contextualizing them, the last few years have been spent learning how to re-incorporate these small structures into daily life. She holds a BA in Studio Art and Art History and a Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology.
